Thanks for your message! I just want to clarify something first, iD Mobile doesn’t have an “iD Rewards” account as part of our services, so it sounds like there might be some confusion with another service or app.

Could you explain a bit more about the account you’re trying to access? Knowing which platform or provider it’s with will help us guide you better.

Hello, thank you for the reply.  its the account that has the refer a friend rewards money in it. It was called id mobile rewards on the email.
