I was previously with a different mobile provider. I activated my esim with ID but I would like to keep the phone number I had with my previous provider. I mistakenly put my old sim card into the new phone and sent a PAC request but I have not done anything further. When I send the PAC request from my old phone to the number provided nothing happened. Please advise.

To keep your number from your previous provider, the best option is to contact us so we can process the number transfer for you. We'll need your PAC code (provided by your previous network) and your old mobile number to complete the transfer to iD Mobile.
