I believe i have claimed my free gift that was supposed to come with my phone upgrade, I have not had any response to say this has been ordered. Is this normal?

I’m really sorry for the concern, for iD Mobile, it is normal not to receive immediate confirmation after claiming a free promotional gift.
Gifts are usually processed and dispatched by the reward fulfilment partner after eligibility is verified, which can take some time.
Please check your email (including spam/junk) for confirmation from the reward provider.
