How do I send my PAC code to keep my existing number - appears far from straightforward

It’s very straightforward if you follow instructions when you log in; When your 1pMobile SIM arrives, log into your account and activate your SIM.

Follow instructions in letter sent with your 1P SIM, using ACTIVATION CODE provided.
