Question

How do I speak to a person, I have a very simple request that is turning into me wanting to leave.


All I want is a copy of the welcome email, or for someone to speak to so I can transfer a number from another provider to my existing iD account.

Apparently, that’s too difficult for the chat bot, and it isn’t able to put me through to a person as i’ve been getting this message for the past hour… 

Bot WC said:

I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.

Hi Tyler, thanks for the reply. I called the sales number and they were able to help me. I've now got a date for my number switch. Thank you.
