I reported my phone lost/stolen on the 30/12/25 when will I receive my replacement sim card?

    Replacement SIMs are sent out via Royal Mail. You’re normally looking at a wait time of approximately one week, but given it was New Year's, expect a slightly longer wait time. Fed up with waiting? Pop in to your local Curry’s store and pick one up in person.
