How much data have I used from 7th June

Open the iD Mobile app or your account online, log in, and view the Dashboard or My Usage tab to see the remaining data within your latest contract period. If your contract is from the 7th to the 6th of each month then the data will reflect your usage, if not then your ‘actual’ data use can not be determined.
While the app updates in real-time, it shows your remaining allowance rather than an itemised breakdown of your day-to-day data. 
A breakdown of usage is not available only the total data used.

You can check how much data you've used since 7 June by following these steps:

  • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
  • From the dashboard, tap your Data allowance.
  • This will show how much data you've used during your current billing period.

 

If you're looking for usage from a specific date, you can also view your data usage in your phone's settings:

 

iPhone

  • Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular)
  • Scroll down to see your app data usage. If you've reset the statistics on 7 June, this will show your usage since then.

Android

  • Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage
  • Your phone will show your data usage and, on most devices, allows you to select a custom date range.
