How to block a numbaer at the system level, not just at the phone

I’m getting calls from anumber that I’ve blocked on my phone but which still go to voicemail.  Is there a function within IDMobile to block numbers at the system level please?

    Hey there ​@G3SWH, unfortunately, for all networks, it’s impossible to block someone from leaving you a voicemail, even when they’re blocked.

     

    The only options are to ignore the voicemail and delete it right away, or turn off voicemail altogether. Sorry about that.
