I upgraded my contract. Samsung 25 edge that suppose to come with a Samsung chromebook. The laptop didn’t come how do I claim it? No instruction how to get it on the id app.

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and claim a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go. Promotion runs between 20/08/2025 - 02/10/2025
Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 01/11/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025
All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.
If the purchase is returned, ‘Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go’ must also be returned.
