I have a couple of issues with my line: a significant delay on my audio on incoming calls, and my own speech echoing back to me. I took the phone into Currys and they told me to contact Customer Service at ID. I have been trying to speak to an agent via the live chat but I just get a message saying they are not available (multiple times). Where do I go from here?
