How to get line tested

I have a couple of issues with my line: a significant delay on my audio on incoming calls, and my own speech echoing back to me. I took the phone into Currys and they told me to contact Customer Service at ID. I have been trying to speak to an agent via the live chat but I just get a message saying they are not available (multiple times). Where do I go from here?

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this and having trouble reaching us.

Could you please let us know if the delay and echo happen on every incoming call? Also, do you notice any issues when you’re making calls?

I don't always notice the delay, and it often gets worse the longer I am on, but it is also often there from the start. I also haven't noticed it on outgoing calls, but I don't often make outgoing calls.

Does the issue occurred when making or receiving calls via 4G/5G VoLTE, WiFi calling or both ​@FionaMcG?

Both at home and outside on 4/5G
