Hi there ​@acquiesce1979, I believe this is just a generic feature for voicemail for all mobiles networks, and not something that can be changed I’m afraid.

Please can you make it read the number and time after the message, like it is on other providers - this is much better from a user experience perspective.

Thank you for your feedback. I completely understand why it would be more convenient to hear the number and time after the message rather than before, it does make the experience quicker and more user-friendly.

Currently, this is a standard feature across our voicemail service and unfortunately cannot be changed on individual accounts.
