Can you please help me take prenatal control off

    Okay @Stewart Ferguson, current advice from iD Mobile is to use their online Live Chat service to allow adult content.

    Live Chat is available 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends & Bank Holidays.

    Have you tried the above from @andewhite?

     

    You’ll be able to turn it off typically in the iD Mobile app if you’ve registered, or at this time via contacting the live chat.
