I accidentally ordered an eSIM instead of a SIM card, can I replace it? I accidentally ordered an e-SIM instead of a SIM card. Can I swap it? I haven't used my e-SIM yet because my phone doesn't support Mobile ID. It asks for my phone number when creating an account. I have the number in my email, but the e-SIM isn't activated. When I create an account in the app, it sends a code to that number, so I can't read the code and therefore use the app to swap my e-SIM for a SIM. How can I do that? Thank you for your help.

Hi @Greg81,

We are so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing regarding your SIM card. You are able to collect a SIM card at your nearest Currys free of charge. When you receive the SIM card, you must go online to activate it at www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with us to active the sim.

Regards,
