I added a 10day bolt on for turkey which ended yesterday. This did not work from the moment I arrived until I left . The only time I had internet was when I was in a WiFi area despite following the correct instructions. I don't see why I should be charged for something I couldn't use and this caused an inconvenience as I was having treatment out there
