I am due an upgrade and wnat to knwo what deals

Hi, I am due an upgrade but I can get a better upgrade online for ID mobile than what I am being offered on my account. Are you able to do a better deal if not can I cancel my account

As this is a public community platform, we don’t have access to customer accounts or the ability to view or match upgrade deals from here. Because of that, we’re unable to check or offer alternative upgrades directly.

 

The best option would be to contact our Sales Live Chat team (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat), as they can access your account securely and go through the latest offers available to you. They’ll be in the best position to see if there’s a better deal they can apply.

 

In terms of cancelling, they can also talk you through your options there, including any terms related to your current contract.
