i am needing to cancel my accounts

I have my own account with ID MOBILE but I also signed grandad up and I can’t remember his login details and he’s passed away and have no access to his phone to know the number but his account is debited from my account every month. 
 

I need to speak to someone about cancelling this as it’s going out every month with mine and no one is using it.
