i am unable to activate raoming on my device. its greyed out. can youbsend a replacement sim card to see if that fixes

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re unable to activate roaming, especially with the option greyed out. Here are a few things to try:

-Make sure your iD Mobile SIM is active and inserted correctly.
-Check your phone is fully updated to the latest software version.
T-ry restarting your phone and checking again.
-If you're using a dual SIM device, ensure the iD SIM is set as the default for mobile data.

 

If roaming is still greyed out, it could be a SIM issue. Please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, our Community, or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement SIM and help get this resolved.
