i am unable to make calls and and sometimes recieve calls!

I have unlimited calls and a £5 cap. I am trying to move house and sort out my utilities. The numbers I have been calling and trying to receive are 014 numbers and 077 numbers. Sometimes the calls do not come up on my phone at all and I just get a missed call text or new voice mail text and other issue I’m faced with is being unable to call them back at all. The 077 number is a uk number as they are in South Shields and the 014 is a Huddersfield number I know as fact. I now am unable to ring them to sort out my bills or my moving in process because I have used my UNLIMITED calls and all of my cap??? I thought the cap was for 0300 or worldwide calls? What have I done wrong?

    Hey there ​@7jel7, sorry to hear this. Some businesses or numbers may charge, even if they’re regular phone numbers, and these charges aren’t set out by us, but the company/number themselves. If you contact them and can ask if their numbers should be free to call, and they confirm that, please get back in touch and we can investigate further.
