i can’t make calls

My app tells me I have minutes but when I try to call I’m told I’ve exceeded my cap. Doesn’t make sense

While we check your account, please try these steps to see if it resolves the issue:

-Restart your phone – this refreshes the network connection.

-Check your network settings – ensure your phone is set to automatically select the network.

-Check your call settings – make sure there are no call barring or restrictions active.

-Test another number – try calling a different UK number to see if the problem persists.

-Check your balance and add-ons – sometimes call caps are applied separately from included minutes.
 

You can adjust your bill or data cap directly in the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

-Open the iD Mobile app on your phone.

-Log in using your iD Mobile number and password.

T-ap on “Account” or “Settings” (depending on app version).

-Look for “Bill Cap” or “Usage Controls”.

-You can increase, decrease, or remove the cap as needed.

-Save your changes — they usually take effect immediately.
