i cancelled an order but now it’s due to be delivered

First of all, your customer service has been shocking. 
 

I ordered a phone a few days ago but cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order as I found out I would not be able to keep my number. The agent assured me multiple times it had been cancelled. 
 

today I get an email saying my parcel is due. I contact you AGAIN to a very unhelpful and slow agent who said it had already been dispatched (blatant lie as the phone was even due to be dispatched until 20th because of stock) and the system is slow. So now apparently I have to return I phone I don’t even have. I never got refunded my initial payment either. This is genuinely the worst experience I’ve had with customer service, so unprofessional.
