i cannot access voicemail. no pins are available!

Since switching to id mobile, I cannot access voicemails 

 

I have tried thousands of pins but each one is not available.  I get 3 attempts and then the phone tells me goodbye and I have to start again.

 

It is stuck in a loop of rejection and I cannot get past setting up a PIN as no matter if it's 4 or 10 random numbers, every single attempt if rejected as unavailable.  

 

This is impossible.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset
  • Ensure you are dialling your voicemail correctly (usually by holding 1 or calling your own number)
  • If prompted, try resetting your voicemail PIN by calling 901 and selecting the option to change/reset your PIN
  • Make sure you are entering a 4-digit PIN only (some systems will reject longer or invalid formats)
  • If possible, try accessing voicemail from another iD Mobile device or after moving to a different area to rule out a temporary network issue
