I have got no mobile data and cannot make or received call since Sunday 17 May

Have you tried the SIM in another phone and see if you are able to use the services?

@Michael Z I dont have another phone to try that but I will go to Currys today  as it is really an inconvenient

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had no calls or mobile data since Sunday. I completely understand how inconvenient this is, especially when you don’t have another phone to test the SIM.

Going into Currys is a good idea so they can help check whether it’s a handset or SIM/network issue for you.
 

In the meantime, please try these quick steps if you haven’t already:

Restart your phone
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off
Check that Mobile Data and Network Selection are set to automatic
Remove and reinsert the SIM if possible
Check if you see any signal bars or “No Service” message
 

When you’re in Currys, if they can test your SIM in another device, that will help confirm whether the issue is with the handset or the SIM itself.
