i cant hear people on the other end of the phone and they cant hear me. it majes a rustling noise at both ends. when ive looked at my sum card it looks damaged. so are you able to send me a new sim card please?

My SIM card appears to be damaged. I can’t hear people when they ring me, and they can’t hear me. The SIM card has a mark on it. Could I request a new physical SIM card please? My phone is an iPhone 11.

To get this sorted, please contact us directly via live chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and we can arrange a replacement SIM to be sent to your address, which usually arrives within 2 working days.

 

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Currys store and pick up a replacement SIM there at no extra cost.

 

Once you’ve got the new SIM, you can activate it here:  www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim and everything should be back to normal.
