Hi I didn't recieve my phone.Dpd took a picture of my front door and marked the parcel as delivered,but I wasn't home.I contacted Mobiles.co.uk who opened an investigation and have now told me they can't do anything and I have to sort it with Dpd.Now I'm paying for a phone I don't have.I made the contract through Mobiles not Dpd?

We are very sorry to hear this has happened. 

Based on your post, it sounds like we have completed an investigation with DPD and they have not accepted liability for the handset. 

If this is the case, it would then become a dispute between yourself and DPD. 

 

Was a complaint raised with our team for the investigation?

Hi Natalie yes thats what mobiles customer service told me but I got an email from Amy from Mobile complaints who has sorted it all out now and Dpd accepted reliability.Thankfully as Dpd said they couldn't even investigate it now I had to go through Mobiles.co.uk
