I have been after a Pac code for ages. id mobile keep telling me that they have emailed me the passcode but still not had an email and my phone number no longer works. but my phone number doesn’t works?

Hi I’m after a Pac code they keep telling me they have emailed me this code and tell me it will take 30 minutes for the email to arrive. I’ve been waiting and still no email four days and phoned up many a time. With the same scenario happening each time, I have called and emailed numerous times. Don’t know what to do anymore can anyone help me? Maybe I can get an employee that knows what to do much appreciated Hillary?

    Have you confirmed that the email address iD Mobile are sending the PAC to is in fact the correct address?

    Yes, send them the email address several time so they know it’s the right address, also i have had emails off them but none with the pac code. Thanks :)
