Hi there, 

 

please can you tell me why I have been charged £35 when I have a cap of 15 pound maximum on my account.

    Hi ​@Willgraham97 ,

    What is your usual plan charge? Is it £20? If so, you’d have your £20 plan charge and then £15 overage for extra usage charges. What were your extra usage charges for?
