i have no data in lanzarote, please help

Landed yesterday in Lanzarote and received a message regarding roaming, however my data isn't working while out here.

I’m really sorry to hear your data isn’t working while you’re abroad,  I understand how important it is to stay connected when you’ve just arrived.

Thanks for letting us know you did receive the roaming message, that’s a good sign that roaming has started correctly on your account.
 

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure Data Roaming is switched ON in your phone settings
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it off again
• Manually select a local network in Lanzarote (try each available one if the first doesn’t connect)
• Restart your phone fully
• Check that Mobile Data is enabled
• Ensure your APN settings are set to default/automatic
 

If it still isn’t working, it may help to reset the network settings on your device (this will not delete your data, but will reset saved Wi-Fi and network connections).
