Please help. I have a iPhone and I don’t know what happened but I now don’t have signal and can’t call

Find id’s NETWORK STATUS page, and input your POSTCODE, to see if there are local issues.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your signal.

 

Here are a few quick things to try:

  • Restart your phone – this often helps reconnect to the network
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on and off (leave it on for about 30 seconds)
  • Check for a carrier settings or iOS update in your phone settings
  • Remove and reinsert your SIM card (just to make sure it’s seated properly)
  • Reset Network Settings (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings – just note this will clear saved WiFi passwords)

 

It’s also a good idea to check if there are any known issues in your area using the iD Mobile Coverage Checker on the website, https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage, as this will show any outages or signal problems nearby.

 

If you’re still having no luck after trying the above, just let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it further for you.

Good morning Gemma,

 

I have done everything 3 times. It’s still not working. There’s no signal bars at all. But I have WiFi only. 
 

no one can call me it goes to voicemail. Please advise this is an emergency as I am a carer
