Most orders are usually delivered within a few working days once approved, but exact timing can vary depending on stock and courier processing. If your order hasn’t arrived yet, it may still be in the dispatch or delivery stage.

What you can do now:

• Check your order tracking email for courier updates
• Look in your spam/junk folder in case updates were missed
• Confirm the delivery address on your order is correct
• If you have a tracking number, check it directly with the courier

Switching from O2 to iD Mobile

If you’re porting your number from O2:
• You’ll need a PAC code from O2
• Provide it once your iD SIM arrives (via app or activation page)
• Your number will switch over within 1 working day once activated
