I have received a new sim but no number so unable to set it up

Place SIM in your phone and when network sees, a number is issued; then look in phone settings, then SIM settings where you’ll find your number.

Alternatively sent a text to another phone, which’ll show your number.

Thanks for your response. I’ve checked & the mobile number is blank. I’ve tried ringing another phone & it just says network busy 🤷

If you have placed an order with iD Mobile the mobile number and contract details is emailed to you.

If you have received a replacement sim for the contract, you need to then activate the sim.
You can do so by following this link: www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with us to active the sim.
