I originally had someone else paying for my contract, I have now started paying for my own separate contract but would like to keep my old number, any way I can do this?

I have started a secondary contract with ID and would like to keep my old number on the new contract, how can I do this?

Thank you for reaching out. I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally.
You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
