I ordered an esim yesterday and I havent recieved a confirmation email nor have I recieved my esim. I do not remeber seeing a refrence number but I do have a picture of the last 4 digits of the account number. Additionally I know the phone number, and adress I had listed. I worry I input the email incorrectly.

I requested esim to replace my physical sim. It is now 3 days, asides the text messages saying your esim its on its way, nothing follows. I have checked may inbox mail and junk mail but nothing. I went back to my ID App to request again perhaps, but the message I got is the same, your seems its on its way and may take up to an hour. What should I do?

Yes I have checked my junk and spam folders for the email and nothing is there. I joined the live chat with the link provided but was met with a chat bot and unbelievably, saying and I quote ‘ I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you. I don’t understand how a robot can not be available. Is there no human being I can speak to? Please help.
