i incorrectly added 2X ‘add on’s’ which i do not require. Please cpuld i have a refund of £18?

As stated within our Terms and Conditions, add-ons are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, once your next invoice has been generated, you can contact our Live Chat Team so they can review the account and confirm whether the add-on data was used.

 

If the data has remained unused, the team can review what options may be available for you. While we cannot guarantee that a refund will be possible, the team will be able to investigate this further for you.
