Why cannot I access my plan in Florence even though my phone settings and ID mobile plan is activated for roaming

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your service in Florence.

 

If roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and in your phone's settings, we'd recommend checking that you're connected to one of our supported roaming partners in Italy.

 

Our preferred roaming partners are:

  • TIM
  • Vodafone
  • WindTre
  • Iliad

 

If you're still unable to connect, you can also try:

  • 3 ITA
  • Wind

 

If your phone is set to automatically select a network, try manually selecting one of the networks above and then restart your device.
