I need a new e SIM please

Please can you confirm if you already have an account with us and if you’re looking to request a new eSIM? If so, you can do this easily through the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

 

Log in – Open the iD Mobile app and sign in to your account
Go to Plan – Tap on the Plan section
Find SIM management – Scroll down and select SIM & Phone Management or Your SIM/eSIM
Request replacement – Tap Request a replacement SIM or eSIM
Select eSIM – Choose Get a replacement eSIM
Confirm – Follow the prompts to complete your request
