Now unable to call 7777 to top up or change data cap, live chat isn’t connecting me to anyone despite being in hours just goes through the motions then never connects me to anyone and when I try to add data my app and id mobile.com want to send me a code to my phone which I can’t receive because of the breaches data cap.
What a terrible system. I will be leaving ID after this. Wasted over an hour of my holiday already and lost my paid for airport taxi transfer. Maddening!
can I call id mobile from someone else’s mobile to top up? Is there a way out of this loop!
