i need to cancel my sim how do i go about this

I want to find out how long I have left on the sim As I don’t use it and I am paying for this monthly

    You can check how long you have left on your contract and view your details in the iD Mobile app:

     

    To check your contract end date:

    • Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
    • Go to My Account
    • Select My Plan
    • Scroll to Contract details to view your minimum term end date

    To request disconnection:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in
    2. Go to My Account
    3. Select My Plan
    4. Scroll down and tap Leave iD Mobile / Cancel plan (or Disconnection request, depending on your app version)
    5. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your request
    6. You’ll be asked to complete security checks and confirm your 30-day notice period

    Once submitted, your cancellation request will be processed and your service will remain active until the end of the notice period, after which the account will close automatically.
