i need to change my delivery date

If you need to change your delivery date, this will need to be arranged directly with DPD, as they manage the delivery once your order has been dispatched.

You can do this by:

• Using the DPD app, where you can reschedule your delivery to a more convenient date
• Following the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to update your delivery preferences
• Contacting DPD directly for further assistance

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change delivery dates from our side once the parcel is with the courier.
