I currently have an ID mobile contract that is coming to an end, my husband has purchased a new phone with ID mobile through his business account. I want to know how to transfer my number to this new phone. I thought I had to do a pack code but realise that this is not the case.

I apologise however the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
