Hi there @Delienn  We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Please try these steps:

    For iPhone:

Please be advised that with an iPhone the mobile number needs to be updated manually on the phone settings. I would kindly ask that you check the following for me.

Please go into the phone settings so that you can change your number. Then go to "Phone", then "My Number". Please enter the correct number and use "+44" in place of the first "0" of your number.

Now go to settings again and then "Messages". Make sure that the iMessages is turned on. Then go to "Send And Receive Number", and check if the correct number is selected.

    For Android:

    Please try the below.
For every Android phone, regardless of manufacturer, you'll be able to find your phone number if you go to Settings > About Phone or About Device > Status > My phone number. Some Android phones will have SIM or SIM card status listed within Status.
if using Message App, Change the phone number associated with the Messages app: Open the Messages app. Tap More and then Settings and then Advanced. Select Phone number, then edit the number to the correct phone number associated with your SIM card. Tap OK.
If still have issue, remove the SIM and reboot the device. Then re-insert the SIM and check if its update the correct port number in Phone setting.
Still have issue then advise try the SIM once in different device and
see while sending text does it shows temporary number or port number.

    Hi @Delienn

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing network issues. The network status should not display as "disconnected."

Please try performing a mobile network reset to see if this helps restore service:

Steps to reset your mobile network settings:

Swipe down from the top right of the screen.

    Tap the Settings icon.

    Select General management.

    Tap Reset.

    Tap Reset mobile network settings.

    Tap Reset settings.

    Confirm by tapping Reset.

(Optional) Tap Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.

    Tap Reset settings.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Restart your phone.

Please note: This process will not delete any personal data from your phone.

I've replied to your other post with steps to do, but since you done most of them you will need to use Live Chat in the message box type in To speak to someone.
