SIM deliveries usually take a few working days, so it’s important we look into this for you now.
 

Please try the following first:
Check your order confirmation email for any delivery updates
Look in your letterbox/secure delivery area in case it was delivered without a card
Check with household members or neighbours in case it was accepted on your behalf
Confirm your delivery address is correct on the order

Once you have that looked into and still don't see any email, replace the order or let us know so we can help you.
