Hi there, 

I have been trying with the chat bot and won’t connect me with an  agent all day but no luck and in the phone but it won’t connect me to an agent or provide me an option that helps?

Hi there. I have 0 data on my account despite paying for my contract a few days ago. It also says there are 35 days left with 0 data and my account refreshes monthly. So just confused as to how I have 0 gb on my account. I recently switched it to a direct debit so not sure if it thinks the payment hasn’t been made but it definitely has. Thanks
