Is it possible to transfer my number to a new phone if I no longer have access to the old number due to a lost phone?

If you’re looking to move your number to a new device or network, this is normally done using a PAC code. Please be aware that requesting a PAC code will begin the process of disconnecting your iD Mobile account. If your contract has not yet reached its expiry date, a termination fee may apply in line with your agreement.
