Me and my wife recently brough 2 contracts from ID. one for an Iphone 16 and one for an Iphone 17. Today we received both phones. I found it odd that both orders where wrong even though they where separate. The phone looked fake straight out of the box. It seemed off. When I turned them both on and searched the files I discovered that the Iphones where androids and not real! They have fake software installed etc. Fake functions the lot! Do not trust ID at all! In 2 minds on weather the police can do anything about it!

I’m sorry to hear this has happened. Rest assured this wouldn’t have been deliberate, instead, it likely happened when the phones entered DPD’s delivery network.
I’ve escalated with our Customer Complaints Manager and will get back to you shortly.
