Id mobile number: when do i get it after my purchase

In my welcome letter there is no id number and I can’t do the switch! Are we you going send it to me later?

    Please note that the welcome email should have the iD Mobile number on it and once you have the SIM in the handset a welcome text with the mobile number should be sent. If you have not received either of these you will need to contact via our social media channels (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, or by emailing socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with the details of your query. We’re here to help and will do our best to get everything sorted for you.
