If I switch SIM providers using a PAC code, is it just the number which gets transferred or the account holder information too?

I want to switch sim providers. My account is currently in my dad's name but i want it in mine. If i use a PAC code when i switch, do i input new account holder information (and so i would be able to switch the info at this point) or is the account holder info tied to the PAC code and will transfer alongside the number?

    The PAC code is linked to the Mobile number, and this is not tied to the account holder information.
