    Kindly note, the sole circumstance under which we transition an account from a 24-month contract to PAYG (Pay As You Go) is when a customer has recently entered into a contract and is still within a returns window period, and they express a desire to return the phone. In such cases, we can facilitate the return process, and subsequently, the contract will be converted to a PAYG arrangement.
