im new to id mobile, can i keep my old number please

    Hi ​@Ambersoph31 

    You can transfer your number from your current supplier by requesting a PAC code from them.
    This can be done by texting PAC to 65075 (using the SIM from your current network) and then the code they send to you can be used to transfer your number to an iD Mobile package. This code is valid for 30 days.
