Im not oaying for extra roaming that i havent used or asked for

You are trying to charge me £47 so far for roaming when I haven't used any as my 4g doesn't work im using the hotel WiFi, I had this problem last time I haven't asked for roaming and nor do I want it I am going to remove me and my partner from id mobile if this is not resolved as this is ridiculous now.
