I’m on a iPhone 16c so it’s not that

Please check if your mobile number is correct under settings. 
 

1. Open Settings → Phone → My Number.
2. Update the number to the one you wish to keep. Note that it may not save immediately.
3. If the change does not save, please follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app and tap General.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset.
• Select Reset Network Settings, enter your passcode if prompted, and confirm the reset.

This process should help ensure your number is updated correctly.

Ive done that and still all incoming calls are going straight to voicemail
